Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from A&M Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We do not accept returns on JEWELRY & MERCH, however we do accept returns for a store credit ONLY with clothing as long as the item that you are returning is unworn and still has tags attached. We understand things may not fit or work as desired. Online purchases and in store purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item(s) are no longer eligible for a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include your packing slip in your return. It must contain your order number and all of your other information needed to process the return. Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive an email with your store credit. Items MUST BE in perfect condition to be accepted for a return. NO makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE ARE FINAL SALE.
